Refund Policy - Full Refunds will be issued when requested 60+ days prior to the camp / event start date. A partial refund, 50%, will be issued between 30 - 60 days prior to the camp / event start date. No Refunds will be issued when requested within 30 days of the camp / event date.

Discount Policy - Discount offers cannot be combined. Only one discount can be applied per camper with the exception of our multi week discount. For group rates, please contact Cadets Baseball Camps for pricing.

Rain Outs - For outdoor camps, we will do our best work through inclement weather. During inclement weather we will either move the camp to an indoor facility, cancel the given day or hold the camp as scheduled. Player safety is our primary concern and will be a major factor when making a decision to hold or cancel a session. We are committed to delivering value to our customers. Our goal is to lose no more than one day of camp due to inclement weather in a given week. If we have to cancel more than one day we typically extend operating hours to achieve our service goal.

Credit Policy - If for any reason a camper cannot attend a camp / event there is always the option of taking a full credit towards any future camp / event. Credits do not expire and are non-transferrable.
