It is our mission to help young men develop into outstanding high school baseball players.  We stress the importance of hard work, dedication, and a willingness to do the right things the right way.  Our campers learn the game, the way to play, and the tools to improve on a consistent basis to maximize their potential.

All of our instructors are active High School coaches who have years of playing and coaching experience. Our volunteers are varsity High School baseball players who demonstrate how hard work and dedication on and off the field pays off.

The Cadets Baseball Club, established in 1944, is the oldest continuous sandlot baseball organization in the State of New York and possibly the United States. We are celebrating our 70th year of community service in the five boroughs of New York City.

The Cadets have educated young people through baseball, building character, good citizenship and developing the health of mind and body. The Cadets organization is proud of the many championships which have been won on the baseball field over the years and is equally proud of its alumni which include Joe and Frank Torre, Matt Galante, Rico Petrocelli as well as architects, engineers, attorneys, CPA's, firefighters, law enforcement officers and educators.

Camp Content

In our camps we focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game including defensive play, hitting mechanics with approach, pitching, and base running techniques.  We strive to raise the baseball IQ of our campers by covering the rules of the game and current baseball strategy.
